Overview
OpCore builds and operates colocation, hyperscale and AI data centers, with sites in Paris, Lyon and Marseille and a portfolio in Poland. It was carved out of iliad's Scaleway cloud business in 2023, and Scaleway remains a major tenant.
Became an independent company in 2023, absorbing the data centers of Scaleway, Free Pro and Play (Poland); InfraVia bought a 50% stake in March 2025 at an enterprise value of EUR 860m.
