Overview
ChronoScale provides dedicated single-tenant GPU environments for AI training, inference and HPC, contracted by the megawatt and deployed in phases. It was formed in May 2026 when Applied Digital contributed its cloud subsidiary to Nasdaq-listed Ekso Bionics, which was renamed ChronoScale.
Combination closed 5 May 2026; Applied Digital held about 96% of ChronoScale as of September 2026 and the legacy Ekso exoskeleton business was sold on 30 September 2026.
