Overview
Voltage Park was launched in 2023 with about $900 million from Jed McCaleb's Navigation Fund to rent NVIDIA HGX H100 capacity on-demand and on long-term reserve from US Tier 3+ data centers, later adding B200 and GB300. It merged with Lightning AI in January 2026 and its self-serve H100 rental continues under the combined company.
Merger with Lightning AI completed 21 January 2026; the combined company operates as Lightning AI.
