IBM Cloud grew out of IBM's 2013 acquisition of SoftLayer and today sells VPC virtual servers, classic bare-metal servers, Red Hat OpenShift and watsonx AI services aimed at regulated enterprises. Its accelerator line-up includes NVIDIA B300, H200, H100 and L40S, AMD Instinct MI300X and Intel Gaudi 3.
