Overview
Nebius is the AI-infrastructure company that emerged from the 2024 restructuring of Yandex N.V. and trades on Nasdaq (NBIS). It runs its own data center in Finland plus colocation regions in Europe and the US, renting NVIDIA GPUs on-demand, spot or reserved and selling model inference through Token Factory (formerly AI Studio).
