Overview
Northern Data Group runs Taiga Cloud, a European sovereign GPU cloud of about 24,000 NVIDIA GPUs sold on-demand, as bare metal or reserved, and Ardent Data Centers for high-density colocation. RUM Group (formerly Rumble Inc.) took control through an exchange offer in 2026, after which the shares were delisted.
Exchange offer by RUM Group Inc. (previously Rumble Inc., Nasdaq RUM) closed in 2026; Northern Data shares left the Munich Stock Exchange m:access segment at the close of 31 July 2026.
